     Our training is different as we know and understand you can not possibility remember a full days training in one subject?

     From the research we have conducted over the past 6 months, we have found out that there are still a lot of people working, that require training.

     Some people find it hard to ask or identify training requirement. At MagicWand we try to make this process be as easy as possible.

     We have various options and different levels of training. The first thing that we do is come and visit all clients before the training is delivered. This give us a much better picture about the client. We do not get the same satisfaction on delivering the same training course every week.

     Our courses are customised for every customer, that's what makes us different.

     Companies may wish a group of the staff to be trained at the same time, but smaller companies can not give all of their staff the time off for training at the same time.

There are two options

Group Training

     We can take a group of people, no more than 8 people, as this will reduce the qualify of the training, at the same time, in our spacious and picturesque location at Swanson village. there are no parking problems and it is only 15 minutes away from the centre of Edinburgh 1-2-1

The 1-2-1 training is even more specialised as we will come to your premises and train your staff on your systems. Sometimes during these sessions we can train two members of staff at the same time.

     We can teach some one who has not used a computer to some one who has been using a computer for years.

     Someone who has just started out in using a computer

     Someone who has been using a computer for 3 - 6 months

Advanced
     Someone who had been using a computer for more than 6 months

     For a group of people who has different issues at different levels

     The personal touch that is required, for one of out consultants to help.
